Amplify what was always there.
Trust is almost never absent. It is obscured. Using specific body postures that shift your hormonal state, combined with visualization that activates the same neural pathways as real experience, this module asks your body to remember a feeling it already knows.

A soft, felt sense of trust in the body. Subtle. A moment of softening, a breath that drops a little lower, a small release in the shoulders. The pathway is strengthening, even if it feels small.
